We at Fumera Essence strive to deliver your favourite fragrances as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as mentioned on our website.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the respective courier partner's website.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if the tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days, please contact us at support@fumeraessence.com and we will investigate immediately.

Important Notes

  • Perfume products are shipped in secure, leak-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
  • Fumera Essence is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs.
  • Delivery to remote pin codes may take an additional 2–3 business days.
