At Fumera Essence, we want you to love every fragrance you purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. This is to ensure the hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • A photograph of the packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at support@fumeraessence.com with your order number.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
